Do I Receive An Annual Bill For My Magic Jack Use?

I just found a withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of $37.73 for my Magic Jack account. I did not get any email notifying me of this withdrawal. Is this automatic or should I have been expecting it?Will this be for the remainder of 2016?
