Help Me Figure This Out

The first thing I would try is to remove all the speaker wires off the back of the amp. It might be as simple as a bad driver or shorted wire, and it's making the amp go into protection mode.

I would also look at the speaker wire. Make sure you have no bare ends touching each other. This will give you a dead short, and trip the relay.

Let me say this now: NEVER disable the protection devices !!! They are there for a reason, YOUR SAFETY.

After you've checked and found nothing wrong with all of those, and the problem still exists, I would suggest not to repair the unit. HTIB units are so cheap these days, it's not worth sinking money into it. For the cost of the repair, you could upgrade to a newer model with more features.
