This is either a temporary error with the MSN servers (in which case you should wait a few hours and try again)
This could be caused by your browser. Go here for instructions on how to purge the cache and history on the browser you use. Browsers cache everything you do to speed up browsing of repeated pages. This "build up" can be like the soap scum in a bath tub. Usually it doesn't cause a problem but eventually you want to clean it up. http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
This could also be caused by misconfiguration on your PC.
Unfortunately "error 35" is somewhat vague and generic. Without more specific info I can't recommend anything else.
