Poor Sound On Msi Enjoy 71

I have just bought a msi enjoy 71. The main issue is that although the volume settings are set at maximum the volume remains low and can barely be heard. how do i fix it? Rick

thanks but i was still setting it up an even on max volume the sound settings are low although when using headphones it seems ok?

The problem is maybe related to the quality of the audio file that you are trying to play. The file may be created with a lower sound codec. You have to test this properly by playing a sound file which you believe working properly. If this is not the case, the problem may be related to the hardware part of the tablet which requires repair or replacement.
