Lowes Purchase Troybilt Mower

Did you purchase the EPP through Lowe's when you bought the mower? And if I'm understanding right, they sent it out for an "Out for Repair"? They had you sign a sheet and initial by a pre-approval amount that you could potentially be charged for. In the event that they needed you to pay something, they would have called you. If they are trying to make you pay shipping, that is not correct and I would call the Lowe's corporate office. I would take it back to Lowe's and have them do another OFR and tell them specifically that the belt is what is bad and needs replaced. There should be no charge. :) I really hope this helps!
