New Headset Microphone Not Working
i just purchased a new 'Logitech ClearChat Stereo' headset microphone that is not working properly. the speaker part works perfectly but the microphone does not. i checked the mute button & the volume control on the device, also the volume control on the computer is set properly. I NEED HELP, i don't want to return it already.
