Still No Refund!!

Dear living social   On Feb 5th I reieved a response from you #08606157 suggesting that you would refund via deal bucks.  I responed shortly after explaining that I am a terminal cancer patient and I desperately needed the refund to assist with expensives since I was not longer working.  You folks went above and beyond and agreed to refund all amounts I had purchased.  Unfortunately the date is now the 29th of April and still no refund.  I was assured that Sean Don was handling the matter and it would be just a litltle while longer.  I have heard nothing since March 26th ticket #08960559.  Would you please update me on the statis of the refund.  I am frustrated and find myself dependeding on this refund for some relief.  If there is anything to expidite this proccess I would be truly appreciative.  My time is running short .  Sincerly, Paul Robert Hancock
