Forgot My Password For The Wireless

The person who posted this question about Linksys did not include a detailed explanation. Please use the "Request More Information" button to the right if more details would help you to answer this question.

You would have two password one for the router to go with the SSID name and one for the web setup page where you created the SSID name and password.

If it is the password to go with the SSID name just log onto your router setup page. If you have forgotten this password you will have a rest the router to factory default.

To reset the router look for the reset button. This may be a small hole that you push something like a paperclip into.

Resetting will put the router to factory defauly which will require you to go to the setup webpage and enter SSID and new password.
