Speed Of Data Transfer

meanwhile it takes 30min. for 50MB maybe because of fragmentation of the HD? How is defagmentation possible?

It would help to know what kind of NAS connection (USB or ethernet), what size NAS hard drive(s) and what type (make, model, serial #).
