Why Does Myy Climate Control Sometime Blast Hot Air When The Ac Should Be On?

I've had it to the dealers 4or5 times for this issue. The dealers mechanic was only able to observe this intermittant condition once as it usually resolves itself overnight. When the outside temp is over 70 it sometimes begins to blast hot air and the outside air temp will display 0'. I have to turn the climate control off until the car resets itself. Nothing shows on the diagnostics. The mechanics told my husband it may by a smart phone causing the glitch. (We don't have one) Replacing the sensors did not work. It did it again today! I almost wish it was as still winter.
