We have had this happen twice now. The first time the opener was only one week old. The installer replaced the unit. We are getting the error again today. I unplugged the unit at the ceiling and it cleared the wall unit error message.

It appears something is not installed correctly. Perhaps the belt is not adjusted properly? I don't know, but the installer is coming over again. But for now at least I can operate once the system is reset via the unplug.
