My Lexus Rx300 Harsh Shifting Between 2 And 3 Shift. I Change Oil In Transmisio

Sometimes is so hard . I put original Toyota tipe IV transmision oil but nothings change. Now I in Africa and cant find good dealer for help. Mechanical in witch I have thrust think that is problem ECU. Maybe you can help bcs on test in his dijagnosic computer no any mistake. Problemi is only shifting from 2 to 3 shift.
