First, make sure that all of the electrical connections are secure and free from corrosion. Check the wiring harness that runs from the door to the car's main electrical system for any signs of damage or wear.
Next, use a multimeter to check the voltage at the motor when you try to operate the window. If there is no voltage or the voltage is too low, the issue may be with the switch or the wiring between the switch and the motor.
If the voltage is correct, the issue may be with the motor itself. Try applying power directly to the motor to see if it will operate. If it does not, it may need to be replaced.
It is also possible that there is an issue with the regulator, which is the mechanism that moves the window up and down. Check to see if the regulator is properly aligned and functioning correctly.
If you are still unable to diagnose the issue, it may be best to take your car to a mechanic or automotive electrician who can diagnose and repair the problem.
(note, there can be issue with new components that why )
