Duplex False Jams,error 230.05

Running two sided duplex copies,sometimes it wii run 5 or more before it jams where one print is half way exit and the one behind it is stoped at turn gate.Have replaced external duplex assy,turn gate,clean pinch drive roller but I'm just seeing anything.Also have done duplex sensor test and inspected sensor actuators all fine there.Please help.

Try checking the connections on the sensors, check if they are properly connected. This might be a sensor issue and might need service. Please contact our Technical Support Hotline for further details with the issue.
