Scan Drivers/programs

Hello, I am trying to scan a document with my Lexmark 4441-W22 and each time I try to do it it says "Downloading Scan Applications List from your computer". I am curious what these applications are, because it won't scan the document without them, nor will it find them and download them for me. Thank you for your time, Nick Farland

When you initiate a scan from the printer, it will try to retrieve the applications installed in your computer. If it's not able to retrieve the applications, there could be a communication problem.

Try to download an updated driver online at http://bit.ly/WibRov. Just choose the operating system of you computer.

You can also scan using the Lexmark Productivity Studio. To access that, on your computer, click on Start > All Programs > Lexmark 4900 Series > Lexmark Productivity Studio.
