Print out a current network settings page as this procedure will permanently clear all TCP/IP parameters and restore the factory defaults.

Take note of the following values:

Status
IP address
Netmask
Gateway
Address source

Reset network settings, here is the procedure.

Press the Menus button.

Press > next to Network/Ports.

Press > next to Std. Network or Network 1.

Note : Network 1 will appear only if a wireless network card option is installed on the device. What you will see depends on the selected Active NIC or which interface is connected to the network; e.g., the integrated NIC (Std. Network) or wireless NIC (Network 1).

Press > next to Std. Network Setup or Network 1 Setup.

Using the keypad, press and hold down 9, 7 and 6 to gain access to the SE Menu.

Press > next to NVRAM.

Press > next to Reinit NVRAM.

Print a network settings page to verify a successful reset of the NIC NVRAM. (Go to Menus > Reports > Std. Network or Network 1 Setup Page.)
