I Have A Lexmark X3350 Printer I Can't Get Cartridges To Lock In
Printer says there is a cartridge error. Instruction says to take out cartridges and reinstall, but when I tried they would not lock in place. What to do

Hey - If the cartridges will not snap into place though installed as per the steps on page 1 of the 'Setup sheet' here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Lexmark/X3350/107235 - then one of the following may be the issue.
- Incompatible cartridges
- Defect cartridge holder/lock - will require replacement
