Fax Paper Jam Issues

I had a paper jam occur when I recieved a fax. I clear out the paper jam and it resets and jams every time. This has went on about 15 times now. I have even tried to cancel the incoming fax but cant find how to do so. Help!

Try to check inside the printer if there's anything blocking the paper path. Also, check the duplexer at the back of the printer if there are any paper left inside.

If you're getting a paper jam when receiving a fax, most likely it will also jam when you try to print.
