I Press Black And White Button It Still Prints In Color. Please Explain

The B&W button on the printer is for the Copy function. You'll need to change the settings in your printing preferences for you to be able to print in B&W. To do that, on the document that you're printing from, click on File > Print > Preferences/Properties > Quality tab > Change the color output to Black and White.
