Cannot Print Cyan Ink.
I replaced all four cartridges, however the blue ink cartridge will not print. there is ink in the cartridge, however the printer does not print it.
We have tried everything!
Please help?!

Have you tried updating the firmware of your printer? If not, just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
If it doesn't help, perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on the Ink Levels > More Options > Deep Clean Printhead.
