If you are referring to MP feeder. You need to set the paper source on the application that you are using and the printer settings should also match.
Setting the paper source to tray both on application and printer settings , this will not prompt you to load paper on the MP feeder.

To use the multipurpose feeder. Please make sure to select the printers' paper source.
The print settings from the printer should be in sync with the application you're using (e.g Microsoft word).
