Memory Problem?
Our Lexmark E360dn starts up OK but after a short time the display shows *32 MB 400Mhz and nothing works. Is it a memory failure and if so how do I fix it?

Please try to remove the any options from your printer, additional paper tray and memory. Reboot the printer. If you still get the same error message, log in to the printers' config menu, reset the printer to factory defaults and update the printers' firmware.
If the above suggestions doesn't work, in most cases a replacement of the printers' system board is recommended.
