Hello

i have 2 lights on and unable to print..2nd and last light are on

Are the lights flashing or steady? It would be best if you can contact our technical support team via phone with those info so they can provide you the steps on how to resolve the issue. Usually, if the last 2 lights are on, it's a Network error or error communicating with the host computer.
