My Lenovo L440 Dvd Drive Is Not Functioning, Any Config Problem?

Hello, if your DVD drive was working before and suddenly stopped working, it's probably not a configuration problem. However, you can check the configuration settings either through the Control Panel or through the Device Manager.

One thing to try is to update the driver or, if the driver is up to date, reload the current driver because it may have gotten corrupted. You can get the driver for your optical drive from Lenovo, unless it's not the original drive that came with the computer, in which you can get the driver from the manufacturer or vendor.
