I Did All Of What You Said But Still That Same Problem , I Clear The Cmos, I Did
I did all of what you said but still that same problem , I clear the cmos, I did maintenance mode by bios jumper but still none have solve my problem. Guys please try and help me out of this . Actually that's what I used every everyday to work but since it happens like that I can do anything again. F1 setup can not be entered and f11, is Lenovo m93p.

I see from my previous answer you accepted the response. However if that wasn't successful then the next stage is to check whether the drive is set to 'active'. You need to use FDISK to check that the relevant partition is set 'active' to enable the drive to boot.
If that does not work then download a programme called HDDLLF (hard drive low level format) and run that. It will set your hard drive to factory with nothing so if you then install Windows it will be a clean build. These are all things I do to get over upgrade problems. If you still have issues then maybe contacting Lenovo support for advice. https://support.lenovo.com/gb/en or the site for your country.
