Hi. Download and install ASTRO File MAnager, the launch it > first go to the Internal memory/Storage > open the Downloads folder > locate files you wish to delete and press on hold on each until a menu with delete appears > tap it and then tap OK...

Then reverse and enter the SD card memory/storage > open the Downloads folder > locate files you wish to delete and press on hold on each until a menu with delete appears > tap it and then tap OK...
