Forgot My User Name And Password In My Ideapad What Can I Do?

Greetings - You may have to Hard/Factory reset your Ideapad (AND THIS WILL SADLY ERASE ALL USER DATA CURRENTLY ON THE TAB AND RESTORE THE TAB TO ITS OUT-OF-BOX STATE).
To do so
1. Turn it off first
2. Press and hold down both Volume Up and Power button at the same time for 5~6 seconds to enter Factory Mode
3. Select Clear eMMC to reset the system to factory default status.
