Trying To Install Windows Seven On K410

why do I have a fixed screen "Starting Windows" and no more information

Make sure power is OFF, then unplug!

Proceed to remove all ram sticks from dimm slot(slots) leaving in the slot closest to processor no more than a 2 gig stick of ram.

Plug back in Power up and install OS after all is done then power off unplug and reinstall ram.
