Lenovo G580 - Shutdown

My laptop doesn't shutdown ocassionally. I have to remove the battery. It doesn't show any message or error. Help?

Obviously, there is a problem with the Operating System of your computer. There might be a corrupted system files caused by previously improper shutting down of your computer. To fix this issue you have to create a new user account. In creating new user account, I have provided links to the tutorial videos below.
