Goes to my pc, propierties, devices administrator, and look for comunication devices, if your g470 has bluetooth device you will find there, and needs re-install the driver(goes to lenovo site) if device is not listed, your lap doesn´t have the bluetooth board. Some G470 doesn´t include from factory. Good luck
