Basically, it is usually caused by blockage of the fan, between the fan and heatsink- not really a job for a novice, but look at the manual , page 53

http://www.manualowl.com/m/Lenovo/B560/Manual/117847

The fan is right inside the laptop, and to clean it properly stripping down is a difficult job for a novice.

However, you can use a compressed air can to blow some of the dust and fluff out of the laptop, and it is often sufficient to cool the laptop.

You can buy a can of compressed air for about a fiver, or, less.  Just blow from the underside so that it attempts to remove some debris via the side vents and not pushing into the laptop from the side vent.

One thing to note is that the laptop should be switched off, and cold- so as to avoid moisture from the cold air condensing inside. Use carefully, and take your time. It can be worth doing this a few times, when the laptop is cold, after use as the fluff can move around, and you may just blow the worst of it clear of the heatsink.
