Our Zippity Does Not Display At All And Possibly Has No Power.
I've changed the batteries (twice) on the matt and on the console. The matt seems to have power but there is no light or anything on the console. I've changed the plug-in from the front inputs to the back (twice). Other devices work in both. I've scrolled through all the innput options on the tv. Nothing comes up at all. Any ideas? Its pretty new and has only been used a few times.
