Hi.how Do I Download The Free Apps
Have just bought a leap pad.downloaded installed the cd
However I keep getting told that my email a dress already exists on the system( of course yes for the tag I purchased previously) and keep getting prompted to enter a new email a dress.so basically I cannot download the four free apps that I was promised come standard with the leappaf

The same thing happened to me:
Instead of signing up for a new account...sign into your existing account with your e-mail that you used for the tag. It will add the LeapPad to your account along with the Tag (you can have multiple game systems on one account). After you add the second, on LeapFrog Connect you will be asked to pick which toy you want to log into and go from there. If there's anything else I can answer regarding this issue, please don't hesitate to ask.
