Won't Drain
Got code UE so took out a quilt. Tried special code spin. Just kept filling with water and turning. Tried rinse and spin. Unplugged and plugged back in. Tried a speed wash. Got stuck in same place. Water not draining out.FYI, also runs through an ozone machine.

The uE or UE code indicates the unit has an unbalanced load. The unit will attempt to re-balance the load and flash uE in the process. If it's unsuccessful after three attempts, it will switch to the UE code. At this point, the unit needs assistance to correct the unbalanced load. Two of the possible causes are:To raise the unit, turn the foot clockwise. To lower, turn the foot counterclockwise.

To determine if the tub is in the correct position, open the lid and look inside.
2.
Check the plastic guard to see if it is exposed more on one side than another.

If the tub is exposed more on one side than another, raise the side to which the tub is leaning.
