Uneven Load

I am reading a lot of complaints on this model washer. Mine is just over 3 yrs. old. There is two people in our household. I am constantly having to go down to the basement over ue unblanced load. It worked great up until the last six months. Now I am beginning to think it is the washer according to others with the same problem. Is there a recall I don't know about? If not, maybe there should be for what I paid for the matching washer and dryer.
