Dirty Tub Getting Clothes Dirty Again After Wash

My washer has some sort of sludge (texture of wet sand) that sometimes shows up at the end of the wash cycle and makes the clothes dirty. Not sure where its coming from. Its not from the clothes either. Seems to be in the drum somewhere. Any one else have an issue like this?
