Flooded Basement:

Hi, I set the machine to perm/press. It indicated the wash would take 56 minutes to run. I came back in 1 hour and my basement was FLOODED! My husband & I determined it was the washing machine! I set the machine on quick wash and when it started we saw the water rushing out of the bottom front corners of the machine. We didn't notice if it was running out of the back because I turned the machine off fast and proceeded with the "initital" cleanup. But, my basement is finished and I had to haveServPro come in and dry it out. What is the problem with the machine??
