Washer Will Not Get Up To Full Speed To Expel Water, Can Test Motor Speed In Qc

can put in QC test mode and see 3 speeds shown in book, but in operation it does not expel water as it once did, do not believe it is getting up to listed speed of 1200 rpm Thank You
