Question posted by bbfdfirechief on June 24th, 2011

I Have A Wm2077cw Washer, That Doesn't Work, It's 5 Years Old.

I have a WM2077CW washer, via maintenance manual I have replaced the main board #6871ER1003F. I now obtain error; upside down F & E indicating thermistor not working.  Have replaced the thermistor #6322FR2046C, still obtaining the error message.  I cannot find any service repairmen in the area, NO ONE wants to work on LG products!  Is there a way to clear this error message?  What can I do to fix this washer?  Thanks for you help.
