Lg Un150 Will Not Text

my LG UN150 was working perfectly fine yesterday and then it said send failed would you like to retry so of course so i did that about four times and then it said Message Not Delivered Service unavailable but realy i have 2-4 bars all around my house. I've tried several things but they dont work so please help me!!!!
