Why Does My Lg Smart Tv Continue To Flicker Or Blink?

LG 55UQ81009LB LCD-LED Fernseher is flickering or blinking continuously. It's been a while I used the TV (almost 2 weeks) and turned it off and on continuously and the same problem repeats.
