Lg Soundbar Las455h Subwoofer Connection Problem

hi,I have lost connection between my subwoofer and my soundbar. Tried to reset pairing with setting VOL MIN and press MUTE button on remote, but WL RESET does not appear on the soundbar.. the sub keep blinking green and does not pair.Pair button does nothing it seems... What to do??

I would suggest a complete power off and a system reset. Make sure that you have the correct connection to the soundbar. Is there any indicator on the subwoofer? It could be a power issue. The user guide downloadable here:

does not give much help except suggesting a power supply problem. Powering off the system long enough for the power to discharge. i.e. about 10 minutes may give it the kick it needs. last resort is a faulty sub woofer or bluetooth interface.
