How Do I Bypass Google Verify If My Phone Doesn't Show Accessibility?

I factory reset my phone and do not know the google email to verify it. Every bypass thing i have seen involves the accessibility button and my phone doesn't show that on the screen. I have a LG V10.

Hi! Try to boot it while not connected to the internet. There should be a skip button since a factory reset would've deleted the old google account. You can also opt to use a new account.
