How To Remove The Front Panel To Access Gas Valve

To do this, first pull the dryer forward, unplug it, and turn the gas off to the unit. In the seam between the front panel and top panel there are 2 hidden metal spring clips that you need to locate by pushing a putty knife into the seam and pushing back on these spring clips. This will release the top panel and the top panel will hinge up and backwards. Now you can remove the screws going into the front panel coming from the inside of the dryer. Open the door and remove the screws around the door way as well and then pull the front panel off. Now you have access to the burner.
At this point you just need to unscrew the brass orifice and replace it. There is also a white plastic bolt that you need to tighten down as far as it will go until the brass nut stops the bolt from going any further. This is how you convert the valve to LP.
