Lg-p930 Sudden Battery Drain
About once a week, my LG P-930 phone has a sudden battery drain....will go from 60-80% battery life to 2-4% battery life in lessthank a minute. The screen gets a reddish halo around it with a lighter red in the middle of the screen. The phone heats up to the temp of a pocket hand warmer at its peak temperature, then goes blank. It can only be restored with a battery pull...(that is when you find out you only have 2-4% battery life). Any remedies for this condition?

I think it is the problem is most likely to be app related.
If you didn't install any apps recently, then it may be an update to one of you older apps. that is why i have all my apps set to manual update. i read all the current reviews before i update anything just in case this type of problem is being reported. if you can figure out which one it is, you can go into manage apps and uninstall the update.
