Hi.One of the following should work for you
- Settings > App > All > Camera > Clear data .. restart the phone and retry the camera app after that
- Download and use Camera MX instead of the stock app
- Try and update your LG device's firmware
- We at Software DIY Online may be able to assist with firmware updating if you wish
