I Need To Recover Text Messages And Pictures That I Deleted

I deleted text messages from one of my contacts, how do i retrive deleted texts

It is easy to recover photos, contacts from LG phone but now you had better use your phone as less as possible, or your data in the phone can't be recovered. And then you need to use Android data recovey software.
