How To Reset Metro Phone Lg Ms695

Greetings. Take the battery out. Put it back in. Press and hold the following keys at the same time for about 1 to 2 seconds until the touch key backlights turn on: Power/Lock Key and Down Volume Key.
As soon as the backlight on the touch keys is turned on, release the keys. Then touch and hold the Home Key until the LG logo is displayed.
Your phone will perform the hard reset
