The Outside Unit Wouldnt Turn On, Inside Worked

Found Bad Capaciter And Replaced It , Now It Turns On, Cond Fan And Compressor, Blows Cold For 50 Seconds Then Turns Off For 3 Minutes, Almost Like Clockwork. Refrigerant Is Full
