Lg Ac Troublesooting

LG AC units LS-K2430CL , inside unit is blowing air, commpressor is hot and condenser fan motor is off as well no pumping action. power gets to compresor that is why is is hot like a hell but condenser fan motor does not work . what could be the problem or problems ?
